Definitions

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following words have the meanings assigned to them here. Reading these definitions first makes the rest of the document easier to follow.

Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on 777p999, logging into an existing account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the 777p999 Platform.

These Terms and Conditions apply alongside our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated here by reference. In the event of any conflict between documents, these Terms and Conditions take precedence unless the Privacy Policy specifically addresses a data protection matter.

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an account at 777p999, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

1. You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. 777p999 does not permit minors to use the Platform under any circumstances. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 18 will be closed immediately and any balance will be returned minus bonus funds.

Registration & Verification (KYC)

When registering a 777p999 account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other details requested during the registration process. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

Only one account per person is permitted on 777p999. If duplicate accounts are identified — whether deliberately created or arising from a misunderstanding — 777p999 reserves the right to merge or close the duplicate account and transfer any net real-money balance to the primary account. Bonus funds associated with duplicate accounts will be forfeited.

Before processing any withdrawal, 777p999 may require you to complete KYC verification. This typically involves submitting a copy of a government-issued identity document (CNIC, passport, or driving licence) and in some cases proof of your registered mobile number or payment method. KYC documents are processed within 48 hours in most cases. 777p999 reserves the right to request additional documentation for accounts with unusual activity patterns.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 777p999 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. 777p999 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you receive any communication claiming to be from 777p999 requesting your password, treat it as fraudulent and report it to our support team immediately.

You must not share your account credentials with any other person. • Monitor your transaction history regularly and report any discrepancy to support promptly.

Deposits

All deposits to your 777p999 account are made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 777p999 accepts deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT), and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500 for mobile wallet deposits. Additional minimums for other payment methods are displayed at the time of deposit.

Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time for mobile wallet payments and within one to three business hours for bank transfers, subject to the processing times of your bank or payment provider. 777p999 does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your mobile operator or bank may charge their own transfer fees — this is outside 777p999's control.

All funds deposited at 777p999 must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and will be returned upon detection. Repeated attempts to deposit from third-party sources may result in account review and temporary suspension pending investigation.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your 777p999 account are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. There is no maximum single withdrawal amount for fully verified accounts, although large withdrawals may be processed in tranches at 777p999's discretion.

Mobile wallet withdrawals (Easypaisa, JazzCash) are typically processed within two minutes of the request being approved. Bank transfers may take one to three business days depending on your bank's processing times. 777p999 does not charge withdrawal fees.

Before processing a withdrawal, 777p999 may verify that your account KYC is complete, that there is no pending security review, and that any applicable bonus wagering requirements have been satisfied. Withdrawal requests submitted while a KYC review is pending will be held until the review is completed — the withdrawal amount is ring-fenced and safe during this period.

• Withdrawal requests can be submitted at any time from your account dashboard.
• Processing times begin from the point of approval, not the point of request.
• If a withdrawal is declined for any reason, you will be notified via email with the reason.

Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets on 777p999 are placed at the odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation. Once a bet slip is submitted and confirmed, the bet cannot be cancelled or amended unless 777p999 determines that a manifest error in odds has occurred. A manifest error is defined as an odds price that is demonstrably incorrect relative to true market conditions at the time of placement — for example, a PSL match winner bet priced at 50.00 instead of the intended 5.00.

Bets are settled based on the official result published by the relevant sport's governing body. For PSL matches, the official PCB result is used. For cricket matches abandoned mid-game due to weather or other causes, settlement rules vary by market type and are detailed on the relevant sport's rules page within the Platform. In general, a cricket match requires a minimum number of completed overs for pre-match bets to stand.

The maximum stake on any single sports bet is determined by the market and stake category displayed in your account. 777p999 reserves the right to restrict maximum stakes for individual accounts where there is evidence of systematic exploitation of pricing errors or of matched betting using bonus funds.

Casino, Card Games & Live Dealer Rules

All casino and card game outcomes on 777p999 are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) for non-live games, and by the physical actions of live dealers for live dealer products. The RNG system is tested by independent third parties to ensure compliance with published RTP (Return to Player) figures. RTPs are approximate long-run averages and do not guarantee any outcome in any individual session.

In the event of a technical failure during a casino game or live dealer session — including but not limited to server disconnection, power failure, or streaming interruption — 777p999 will use game state logs to determine the correct outcome. If a game cannot be resolved from logs, the round will be voided and the stake returned. 777p999 is not responsible for losses arising from connection failures on the player's side.

For live dealer games at 777p999, the dealer's actions and decisions are final. Chat interaction with dealers is monitored and any abusive, threatening, or inappropriate communication will result in removal from the table and may result in account review. Dealers follow strict protocols and cannot be asked to deviate from game procedures.

Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, 777p999 offers bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to new and existing players. All promotions are subject to their individual terms, which will be displayed on the promotion page. These general terms apply to all promotions unless specifically overridden by promotion-specific terms.

1. Wagering Requirements. All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier (e.g. 30x) is stated clearly on each promotion page. Wagering is calculated on the total bonus amount, not on deposit plus bonus.
2. Eligible Games. Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Sports bets typically contribute 100%. Casino slots contribute 100%. Live casino games, including live Teen Patti and Baccarat, typically contribute 10–15%. Game-specific contribution rates are listed on the bonus terms page.
3. Time Limits. All bonuses have an expiry period. If wagering requirements are not completed within the stated time, the bonus and any associated winnings are forfeited. The real-money balance in your account is not affected by bonus expiry.
4. One Bonus at a Time. Only one active bonus may be held in your account at any time unless a promotion specifically states otherwise. If you deposit while a bonus is active, the new deposit is added to your real-money balance and a new bonus is not applied until the existing one expires or is completed.
5. Bonus Abuse. 777p999 uses automated monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using betting patterns designed to meet wagering requirements while minimising actual risk, and coordinating bet placement across accounts. Any account found to be abusing promotions will have the bonus forfeited and the account reviewed for possible closure.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 777p999. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate.

• Using the Platform for any fraudulent purpose, including using stolen payment credentials or falsified identity documents.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes or exploit software vulnerabilities, glitches, or errors in the Platform's favour.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any non-human method to interact with the Platform without written authorisation from 777p999.
• Placing bets with inside knowledge of non-public information that would provide an unfair advantage — for example, knowledge of a player withdrawal from a PSL squad before public announcement.
• Money laundering or using the Platform to process funds connected to criminal activity.
• Creating accounts under false identities or on behalf of a person who is ineligible to hold a 777p999 account.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 777p999 staff, live dealers, or other platform users in any communication channel.
• Deliberately exploiting manifest errors in odds or game rules and refusing to cooperate with 777p999's error correction process.

Responsible Gaming

These tools include deposit limits, session time alerts, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion. If you choose to self-exclude from 777p999, your account will be closed for the duration of the exclusion period. 777p999 will take reasonable technical steps to prevent you from opening a new account during the exclusion period. However, it is your responsibility not to attempt to circumvent self-exclusion by registering a new account. Any winnings accumulated through a new account opened in breach of self-exclusion will be forfeited.

Account Closure & Suspension

You may close your 777p999 account at any time by contacting our support team. Any real-money balance in a closed account will be refunded to your registered payment method within five business days, subject to outstanding KYC requirements being satisfied. Bonus funds in a closed account are forfeited.

777p999 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice where the account is found to be in material breach of these Terms and Conditions. In cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity, account closure may be accompanied by a report to relevant authorities and funds may be held pending investigation. 777p999 will not be liable for any losses arising from account suspension carried out in good faith under this provision.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777p999's total liability to any player arising out of or in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 777p999 is not liable for indirect, consequential, or speculative losses including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or emotional distress.

777p999 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance windows, emergency technical fixes, and events outside our control — including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, and force majeure events — may cause temporary unavailability of some or all Platform features. 777p999 will endeavour to restore service promptly and will communicate planned maintenance in advance where possible.

Information provided on the Platform regarding betting odds, game RTPs, and promotional terms is provided in good faith and believed to be accurate. Where errors are identified, 777p999 will correct them promptly. Winnings arising directly from material errors in published information may be adjusted to reflect the correct intended position.

Changes to These Terms

777p999 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, you will be notified by email to your registered address and/or by a prominent notice on the Platform at the next login. The updated Terms will display the date they took effect at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you do not accept a material change to the Terms, you should close your account before the change takes effect. Your real-money balance will be refunded in the normal way. Requests to close an account specifically in response to a terms change will be processed with priority by the 777p999 support team.
